Immigration News

From 1st January 2015, Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) has started a dynamic new electronic process called Express Entry to manage the ever increasing load of applications for permanent residence under certain economic immigration programs from eligible candidates from across the world. To build an online profile in the Express Entry system is the first step to immigrate to Canada for eligible candidates under any of the following 4 programs as per individual eligibility.

1. Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP)

2. Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP)

3. Canadian Experience class (CEC): or,

4. A portion of the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)

We can help the interested eligible candidates to complete an Express Entry profile and furnish details of their education and past work experience to government job banks so that they have the best chance to be selected by the employers in Canada or states and territories in Canada under PNP program. Several rounds of invitations to invite candidates to apply have taken place regularly in the past and we expect more such invitations over the course of each month and year in future. After being accepted into the pool, only the top ranking candidates have a chance to get picked no matter when they have applied. You need to complete the documentation once you get an Invitation to Apply (ITA) from the Canadian High Commission for permanent residence visa process which could be completed in six months or less.

The best part of this Express Entry profile facility is that there is no deadline to complete the online profile and there are no caps on the number of applications that will be accepted into the pool. But, it is highly recommended that you complete your profile at the earliest since many people are applying in huge numbers. If you delay the profile submission, then you allow other applicants whose educational skills are better than you or whose work experience is of more years. This may push you back and the new candidate with a better profile may get picked or selected before you since that is the central theme of this Express Entry program. So, the sooner you apply, better it is for you so that your profile is accepted in the Express Entry pool and hence you would have better chances of selection when there are lesser applications and less number of competitors in the Express Entry Pool.

When you are invited to apply, you will have only a limited time to submit completed application for Permanent Residence. If your documents are not ready beforehand, then you may miss this lifetime opportunity if the deadline limit of 60 days expires.

The first round of invitations took place in the last week of January 2015 and several other invitations took place in subsequent months. On an average, almost 3000 invitations are given to the top ranking profiles every month and the numbers are expected to increase in coming months.

Hence, we strongly recommend you to pay a visit to our centrally located office in Connaught Place for a FREE face to face counseling and to know the benefits of immigration under the new and dynamic Express Entry scheme and to find out if you qualify to migrate under this scheme. We may help you build your online Express Entry profile in record time and with perfection. All the details once filled online stays in the Canada Government database and may go against your application if you fill them casually and keep changing them from time to time to eventually complete your profile. We charge a nominal fee which is payable in phases and initially you pay very less fee. The major amount is payable to Next world when the Canadian employer or state government selects your profile from the Express Entry pool for processing of your application for Permanent Resident Visa after you are invited to apply (ITA) by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC).
