With OINP- Express Entry stream, Ontario has the ingress to the Federal Express Entry pool. Once the applicant receives notification from Ontario province, then he/she needs to apply in the Express Entry program – HCP stream of OINP. If the applicant applies and gets picked, the applicant would obtain the nomination from Ontario and hence, get eligible to obtain 600 additional CRS points from IRCC (Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada).
